Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Princessfair ships only within the Continental United States and Hawaii.  All items include shipping!

Generally shipments will take 7 to 10 days since most products are inspected prior to shipment.  All shipments will have a tracking number which will be sent to your email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Princessfair believes in 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  If you are not pleased with your purchase

for any reason please send it back for a full refund!

RULES FOR RETURNS

  • All shipments will require a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#).  Please contact Princess customer service to receive your RMA#

  • Once you receive your RMA#, pleases write the RMA# on lower right hand corner of your packaging  for faster processing. 

  • Princessfair customer service will provide you with the return shipment address at the time your receive your RMA# 

  • All RMA requests must be submitted within 2 days of package received unless the item was delivered on Saturday.  Items delivered on Saturday can request RMA# within 3 days. Some exceptions can be made.

  • Any returns not shipped within prescribed timeline may not be refunded without further consideration.  Please contact customer service via email.

  • All non-Great Finds Collection items may have free return shipping.

  • All Great Finds products have free shipping except for orders to Hawaii. All other jewelry will be charged for shipping.

  • All return packages must have tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.  Any lost items will be the responsibility of the shipper for return items.

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. All Great Finds items are inspected for quality prior to shipping.  All return merchandise must be shipped in exact same condition as received.

  • Any items damaged during delivery can qualify for credit only or may be returned back to customer at our expense, if return of item is too damaged.  Please contact the shipper for resolution.

  • Refunds will be credited to your payment method within 1 week starting from the time we receive the returned item.
